You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain parts of the Service are available only through a paid subscription plan ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it through your account management page or by contacting our support team.

5. Free Plan and Data Integrity

Our Service may include a free tier ("Free Plan"). While we strive to provide a reliable experience for all users, data associated with accounts on the Free Plan is provided "as is" and without express warranties regarding data preservation or availability. We shall not be liable for any loss of data for accounts on the Free Plan. Users of the Free Plan are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of important information.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that would violate these Terms. You are responsible for all content you upload, including menu items and pricing, and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws.
